Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Phase and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a license to host and display it as needed to provide the service.
Termination

Limitation of Liability
